Make a child maintenance/matrimonial order payment

To pay your maintenance order online you will need the reference number from your correspondence.

You will also need your debit or credit card details.

HMCTS will not store the card number, CVC or expiry number.

It is important to provide a valid email address.

The following cards are accepted.

Must be 8 digits long followed by a letter e.g. 12345678A
If you do not have your reference number, please contact the Maintenance Enforcement Business Centre by email at MEBC.BSE@justice.gov.uk.

Maintenance account holder details

Please enter an amount between 5 and 10,000 - for example, 25.50

Payment will be taken on the next page, operated by Barclaycard.

Warning If a stolen credit or debit card is used to make a payment, this will be reported to the police.
